Payment
We accept most major credit/debit cards, cheques and postal orders. For cheque payments please allow a little longer for delivery as we have to wait for your cheque to clear first. Your credit card will not be debited until your goods are dispatched.
Gift Wrapping
Sending a present? We will be happy to gift wrap your item and include a hand written card for £4.95 per item. Please enquire at time of ordering. Note certain large items such as rocking horses cannot be gift-wrapped.
Deliveries
Most orders are delivered within ten working days. If your order is urgent please phone us about overnight delivery service available at an additional charge if goods are in stock.
Postage
We have a standard charge of £4.95 per delivery. For overseas orders, including BFPO and Channel Islands, postage will be charged at cost. Please contact us on +44 845 130 8697 or email sales@holz-toys.co.uk to confirm the postage charge. Unfortunately we do not ship to the US.
Availability
Our toys are all hand-made or hand finished and, therefore, only a certain number can be produced at one time. We will always endeavor to hold sufficient stock but there may be times when we cannot fulfil your order immediately and may have to wait for our supplier. We will advise you of this at the time of ordering and give you our best estimate of delivery times. For the above reason we strongly recommend ordering early for Christmas.
Returns
We pride ourselves on the exceptional quality of our toys and hope you will be very happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not please contact us on 0845 130 8697 within 28 days of delivery and we will replace the item or refund in full.

All sizes are approximate and are intended as a guide only. Colours may vary slightly from those shown in the catalogue due to printing. Prices are correct at time of site update and include VAT at 17.5% and may be subject to change.
