Free Postage Over £30

To qualify for free postage simply spend over £30. This postage discount only applies to standard delivery UK orders.

Deliveries
Most orders are delivered within ten working days. If your order is urgent please phone us about overnight delivery service available at an additional charge if goods are in stock.

Postage
Standard delivery £ 4.95

We like to allow up to 10 working days for delivery to UK mainland (exceptions apply) when products are in stock.  However in quieter times delivery is normally within 4-5 working days. All parcels must be signed for. Any backorders will be sent free of charge to mainland addresses.

Unfortunately the following areas are not included within our standard service.
Channel Islands, Isles of Scilly, Isle of Man, Republic of Ireland (Please see the costing information below)

Guaranteed Next Working Day (within the UK) £9.95
Guaranteed Next Working Day before 12 noon(within the UK) £ 14.95

You must place the order before 12 noon the day before to qualify for any next day services. (If you place your order over the weekend it won’t be processed until Monday, so delivery therefore will be before noon on Tuesday.)

Outside the UK, Europe and International
Our European service delivers within 2-3 days of despatch, internationals can take anything between 5 – 12 days. Parcels can be tracked and must be signed for.

Backorders are not normally held for overseas addresses unless extra carriage is paid (at cost) by the consumer. However, we are willing to hold whole order to wait for out of stock items as long as the order is paid for in full.

Availability
Our toys are all hand-made or hand finished and, therefore, only a certain number can be produced at one time. We will always endeavour to hold sufficient stock but there may be times when we cannot fulfil your order immediately and may have to wait for our supplier. We will advise you of this at the time of ordering and give you our best estimate of delivery times. For the above reason we strongly recommend ordering early for Christmas.

Returns
We pride ourselves on the exceptional quality of our toys and hope you will be very happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not please contact us on 0845 130 8697 within 28 days of delivery and we will replace the item or refund in full.

The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility and the item is your responsibility until it reaches us. We will not refund postage costs unless the item is faulty or is a mistake made through us.

Any returned items will be refunded as soon as possible upon receipt. We will minus the cost of the initial postage fee. You will be notified by e-mail as soon as this has been done. If a discount was applied to your original order, the amount refunded will be adjusted accordingly.
